Most often when you hear about Israel, it’s because of the latest political issues and not because it’s an amazing country to visit. But let me tell you, it is exactly that: amazing. Israel is a unique and beautiful country and there is SO much to see. It’s full of stone cities, beautiful coastal towns and lots of historical ruins.
With so many places to see, being on a tour allowed me to take in as many sights as possible without the added stress of figuring out the logistics myself. But be prepared to hit the ground running. Our tour started out at Caesarea and then we saw ruins at Nimrod’s Fortress, took a boat on the Sea of Galilee, road a camel through the desert, floated in the Dead Sea and explored the city of Jerusalem. Israel is full of history and has so many ancient sites to see. Taking a tour allowed me to see as much as possible without having to worry about the logistics of traveling around the country on my own. This country is beautiful and I loved exploring here.
